You’ll receive an order confirmation email when your purchase is complete with a link to join the event when the time comes. We’ll also store your passes safely in your Flymachine account for easy access when doors open.
Find your pass in your email
Your order confirmation email is sent to the email address associated with your account. Here are a few search terms you can use to quickly search your email and locate your order confirmation:
- The name of the event
- Your order confirmation number
- “Flymachine”
- “no-reply@flymachine.com"
If you are having trouble locating your order confirmation email, don't forget to check your spam or junk. If you created your account with Apple, Google, or Facebook, your order confirmation will be sent to the email address associated with your account. Check your Apple, Google, or Facebook settings to confirm the email address associated with your account.
Find your passes in your account
You can find past and upcoming passes in your account. Upcoming passes are displayed as soon as you log in. You can get back to this page by choosing My Passes from the Account menu in the upper right of your screen. Click the Past tab to load your passes for events that have ended.
When you purchase a pass on Flymachine for the first time, you are required to create an account. If you are unsure which password you used when creating your account, you can always go through the steps to reset your password.
