How do I update my account information or profile?

You can update your name, account email, password, public profile, and email preferences from within your Flymachine account.

Update your account info and public profile

1. Log into your Flymachine account.
2. Click your avatar in the top-right corner and select Account from the dropdown menu.
3. Make your desired changes.
4. Click Save to update your account.

Your public profile will be visible to fans who interact with you in lobby chat, rooms, or direct messages.

Update your password

1. From your Account click Update Password
2. When prompted, click Send Link.
3. Check your inbox and follow the instructions in the password reset email.

Update your reminder email and data collection preferences

1. From your Account toggle ON reminder emails to receive reminders before events for which you have a pass begin. Toggle reminder emails OFF to only receive the important stuff
2. You can also manage the data we collect and your cookies preferences here

Note: If you created your account with Facebook and want to disassociate your Facebook account, you'll need to reset your password before updating your account information.
