Why did I get so many confirmation emails?

Depending on what your Flymachine purchase contains, you might receive multiple confirmation emails from us. Here are all of the possible emails we may send you and the purpose each serves.

Your Flymachine Receipt

Your Flymachine receipt contains a breakdown of all items in your order and associated costs. This is also where you'll find your delivery and shipping details for any merchandise items.

Your Pass for the Event

In addition to your Flymachine receipt, you'll receive a separate pass confirmation email containing the details specific to your live only, live with replay, or rebroadcast event. Here you'll find the virtual door time, start time, and a link to join the event.

Your Meet & Greet details

If you purchased a Meet & Greet, you'll also receive an email with the details specific to your Meet & Greet, including your call time and a link to join the call with your favorite artist.

Your replay is ready

If you bought a pass to a live with replay event, we'll notify you when you can start watching the recording on demand.
