First, verify that your pass comes with a replay window.
Got a replay? Awesome! Most often, your replay will be available to watch pretty instantly. At times, it might take a few hours (for various ultra boring techy reasons). Never fear! You can get to it in one of three ways.
Check for your "replay is ready" email
We’ll send you an email when your replay is ready to watch. Once you receive it, click WATCH AGAIN to open the player, then rinse and repeat until your heart’s content — or until the replay window ends.
My Passes
Can't find the email? You can also locate your replay in the My Passes section of your account.
- Log into your Flymachine account
- Click on My Passes
- Toggle to PAST
- Locate the event and click WATCH REPLAY button to open the replay player
Note: If you see a pop-up that says “Replay not yet available,” hang tight! We’re working on getting it queued up. Check back in a few hours, or wait for the email to let you know it’s ready!
If you see a pop-up that says "Replay no longer available," the replay window has ended and you can no longer view the replay.
The event purchase page
After the event ends, if you had a pass, you'll be able to watch the replay right from the event purchase page.
- Return to the event purchase page
- Log in to your Flymachine account
- If you had a valid pass for the original event, and the event has ended, you should see a REPLAY EVENT button
- Click REPLAY EVENT and enjoy!
